Lambda O is close to my heart and has taught me so much about the difference one person can make. I volunteer not just through my ministry at work, but in our local church, i'm working with a girl scout troop here, helping out at the Atlantic City Rescue Mission, and we sponsor a child in Ethiopia. I'm so thankful for APO and the important lessons about leadership, friendship, and service learned at WVU that pushed me to step out not just at college, but here in Atlantic City now afterwards!!!! We plan to move to Indiana, Pennsylvania in the fall, which should offer more visits and maybe a chance to work with APO there!
